- Creating customer accounts across HO & all branches as when requested by the Underwriters, Operations department or Branch accountants an average 10 requests are actioned per day.
- Follow Up with the BDM's and UW's for submission of documents for KYC purpose
Cash & Credit card customers
- Monitoring of cash & credit card accounts to ensure that there are no due outstanding at the close of business everyday. There are 150 cash & 75 credit card accounts which are been monitored on a weekly basis.
- Follow Up with respecitve branches and UW's/Cashiers for any overdue that may appear. Assist in closure of all such transactions
- Depositing the PDC cheques received from clients on to the respective bank accounts , monitoring clearance of pdc cheques.
- Follow up with the respective account handlers and Banks for bounce CHQ retrieval and status follow up, resubmission etc
- Creating manual Dn & Cn notes for different accounts/OU's for cash & credit accounts in order to facilitate proper allocation of receipts & payments under cash and credit card accounts.
- Generates Unapplied report on weekly basis and forward to the account handlers for clearing on account receipts.
Deposit entries for bancaassurance Business
- Monitoring of bancassurance accounts similar to cash and credit cards accounts, ensuring RV are made and overdue are settled.
