Job Description
Job Title : Accountant

Reporting To:
Financial Controller

Job Skills:
  • Effective communicator 
  • Ability to work and deliver within short deadlines 
  • Ability to resolve complex accounting and financial issues. 
  • Good Knowledge of Accounting Software and Microsoft Office 
Job Purpose:
  • Managing the monthly close of financial records and posting of month end transactions, and to help the finance manager in the preparation of financial statements. 
  • Handling banking activities. 
  • Ensure Cash Management of funds received from SNOC and paid to the Vendor 
  • Reconciliation of account 
  • Bank Reconciliation Statement and vendors records reconciliation. 
  • Maintaining accounts receivable with follow-up, & accounts payables with their ageing. 
  • Handling Cash and Bank transactions. 
  • Handling cash & petty cash expenses and providing inflow & outflow cash status to management on day to day basis. 
  • Work closely with both internal and external auditors 
  • Performed general office duties and administrative tasks 
  • Preparation and submission of different reports as per requirements of Government rules 
  • Prepare Reports include Profit and Loss Statements, Balance Sheets and Debtors Reports. 
  • Create ARP# (ID) for new joiner.
