Job Description
Principal Accountabilities including but not limited to:

1) Executive Support

• Provide high level administrative and secretarial support

• Monitor the activities and alert any emerging issues related to GM

• Actively take responsibility for providing the support required

• Confidentially use initiative when action needs to be taken

• Develop and maintain effective relationships with all internal and external customers

• Make an ongoing contribution to systems development and quality improvement

2) General Administration

• Perform word processing duties with care and consideration, often involving confidential material

• Proactively compose and type letters on routine matters for approval

• Answer questions and provide information in order to save time

3) Correspondence & Record Keeping

• Respond in a timely fashion to correspondence, bookings, filling etc.

• Actively manage (including screening) mail, telephone calls, emails, letters and visitors for GM

• Maintain paper and electronic filing systems of correspondence, records etc.

4) Appointments, Scheduling and Events Co-ordination

• Diary management of GM Manager

• Schedule appointments, travel arrangements, etc.

• Organize luncheons and handle administrative side of meetings, conferences, seminars etc.

5) Reports

• Co-ordinate meetings, including the typing of agendas and minutes

• Attend meetings to take minutes as and where required

• Compile reports as and where required
