Job Description & Role:
Working on the client side on the implementation of a software package (or combination of packages) by a Systems Integrator to be selected, covering the following domains: CRM, Contact Centre, Cable Management, People Counting, Contracts and SLAs, Inventory, Maintenance, Asset management, CAD, Documents.
In this context, an experienced IT professional in Doha is required to support the design and deployment phases of the Applications.
After Project implementation, the resource will join the Operations team in Doha to Support the Business Applications. Experience:
Minimum of 10 years ICT experience, with a significant portion of his career spent on project delivery for business applications delivery projects and Support of the business applications.Technical skills:
RDMS (MS SQL, Oracle), 1 programming language/environment,(Java, C++, .NET, J2EE,..). Windows OS or RedHat Linux. Knowledge of any of the following is an asset: Red Hat Fuse, Liferay, Splunk, Cable Management Application.
5Y University degree and certificates relevant to Business Applications design, Project Management and Service Management
