Role: Assistant Residential Property Manager

o Check emails of Managing Director/Managing Partner/Property Manager and Accountant then clients, staff and suppliers.
o Assist in managing and overseeing operations, maintenance of managed properties.
o Assist in completing payment request form.
o Prompt sales staff for client updates and push them to put their updates on Propspace.
o Ensure at all time we have the correct details against the owners of the properties.
o Advise all current tenants that you are the point of contact for any maintenance issues relating to the property.
o Liaise and follow up property maintenance with tenants.
o Call landlords to offer our services for Managing their property
o Ensure all tenant maintenance are all up to date
o Aim for one Managed Property a week
o Maintain and update key log for managed units. Collect Emirates ID of the borrower to ensure key is returned.
o Liaise with the local suppliers in collaboration with Property Manager
o Ensure a good relationship to get best rates and service in a timely fashion.
o Get contracts from Suppliers and send to Property Manager and copy Managing Director/Managing Partner for review and signature.
o Aim to get 10% referral fee and that they refer their clients to us.
o Meet developers in order to receive monthly availability of properties for sale and rent.
o Proven track record as a Property Administrator
o Valid UAE Driving License
o Strong interpersonal skills
o Negotiation abilities
o Good interpersonal and communication skills.
o Good oral and written communication skills in English.
o Administrative and organizational aptitude skills.
o Positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
o Proficient in computer programs including Propspace, MS Office, Word and Excel
