Duties and Responsibilities: •Communicates with clients in order to provide the requested services; •Discusses hair, skin and nail care methods with customers; •Advise good products and in trend styles; •Assist the customers on their needs upon arrival on the salon; •Assuring that the customer is getting a good service; •Apply cosmetics and skin treatments to patients according to patient’s skin type;
Skills & Competencies: •Good English communication skills •Excellent customer service and sales skills •Must have a high school diploma or equivalent as well as a certificate confirming the completion of a cosmetology program; •Must possess solid time-management and organizational skills as well as in-depth knowledge of various beauty products, their ingredients and how these ingredients can affect the clients;
Education & Qualifications: •Healthy and presentable •Experience in GCC is preferred •Available to join immediately

Interacting with external customers and internal customers and addressing their queries, requests and complaints.

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
