The Organization: Our client is a chain of clinics for laser hair removal, laser medico-aesthetic, skin care services and cosmetic & plastic surgery. They are active in 6 countries in Middle East with multiple locations. For their Dubai based clinic, they are hiring an experienced DHA licensed Facial/Beauty Therapist.
Duties & Responsibilities: •Skin analysis, doing facial or body massage or various treatment, waxing, manicures, pedicures, and also recommending various exercise programs and referring the clients to specialized medical practitioners; •Keeping the details and information of all the treatments taken for each client; •Assisting in promoting and enhancing the sales of accessories, products and treatments.
Skills & Competencies: •Ability to create a calm environment where clients can relax; •Have a keen awareness of health and safety issues; •Friendly and welcoming manner, pleasing personality, representative appearance; •Good communications skills and ability to explain procedures clearly to clients; •Sales skills
Education & Qualifications: •Diploma in beauty therapy or cosmetics from a nationally accredited institute •DHA Eligibility or full license as Beauty Therapist •Experience in similar beauty, dermatology clinic

Interacting with external customers and internal customers and addressing their queries, requests and complaints.

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
