The Organization:
Our client is a well-established insurance provider in the GCC offering both personal and professional line of insurances. The company was established in Saudi Arabia and now has a network of operations across the Middle East region including Bahrain, Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Lebanon, Oman and Kuwait.

Duties & Responsibilities:
For their branch in Abu Dhabi - UAE, our client is hiring a Branch Assistant Vice President.
•Oversee company activities within a certain geographical area, ensuring implementation of company directives and policies;
•Review staff performance, provide training, and determine additional staffing needs in region;
•Manage the budget allocated for given region, distributing resources to where they are needed;
•Report business activities in region to superiors, and make recommendations for improvements.

Skills & Competencies:
•Excellent communication skills;
•Ability to perform under pressure;
•Hand on budget preparation;
•Manage multi-cultural team
•Decision making and negotiating skills

Education & Qualifications:
•Business degree;
•6-10 years’ experience in similar role, either at insurance broker or insurance company;
•Experience handling business portfolio, 20-30 million AED
