at least 4-6 years of experience in business analysis project management and technical writing,

c. field of expertise : business analyst project management data analytics,

excellent computer literacy excel word powerpoint and visio is essential ,

knowledge of design and query language sql is highly desired,

excellent analysis and critical thinking skills,

excellent writing and organizational skills,

strong interpersonal & communication skills,

ability to work under ssure,

ability to pare clear and concise documentations,

result oriented with abilities to meet dead-lines,

Summary of Work

The Business Analyst is responsible for Supporting the company stakeholders (external & Internal) in writing, implementing and developing business requirement

Duties & Responsibilities

Develop Business analysis aspects of information technology project

Manage an effective business analysis requirement gathering and development

Identify technology related opportunity, and ensure to stay on top of current market trends while defining new best practices and procedures

Conduct assessment of process impact on the business, and design solutions

Evaluate the system requirement for development

Identify New requirements and enhancements opportunities

Identify crucial business are that require change or observation

Coordinate with all key stakeholders and prepare designs for functional specifications

Oversees all business analysis activities ensuring clos alignment with stakeholder expectation

Create and develop visual representation of business process using swim lane diagrams, business process flows, data flows, functional breakdown structure, etc.

Use data modeling practices to analyze the finding and create suggestions for strategic and operational improvement and changes

Support the staff and teams in making the recommended changes to products, including help to resolve any issues
