Job Description
End-to-end recruitment for various clients and positions

•Recruitment of entry/mid and senior level positions

•Delivery of high-quality profiles from the local and international market

•On boarding/off boarding of outsourced staff

•Managing of the outsourcing process with key clients

•Excellent knowledge of UAE Labor law

•Executive search and headhunting

Sourcing potential candidates from internal database, portal & media

•Partner of choice to clients & job seekers by providing innovative & proficient end to end recruitment, outsourcing and staffing consulting services.

•Identifying new business leads & pitching Recruitment, business development & outsourcing services.

•Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing clients and targeting new business leads & connecting with new business associates/ partners.

•Researching organizations and individuals online (especially on social & print media) to identify new business leads and potential new clients/markets or sectors.

•Identify the manpower needs of other reputed companies / Groups and learning who makes decisions about Talent Management and Manpower requirements.

•Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings & planning and overseeing new requirements and execution TORs as well as Implementation of 360• Recruitment services.

•Manage full cycle recruitment process.

•Getting engage with senior business leaders to consult on recruiting best practices and recommendations for sourcing strategies.

•Building and managing a market research service for prospective new clients.

•Networking to identify new business opportunities through utilizing our strong network and market experience.

•Have successfully placed candidates from countries like UAE, Gulf, Philippine , India, Pakistan, India, Srilanka, Nepal, Africa, etc.
