The Company:
Our client is a leading real estate developer in the GCC. They are currently looking for a CFO to be based in Khobar.

Duties& Responsibilities:
· To lead the financial needs of The Company including all accounting, financial control, payments, credit and collections, insurance, treasury, investor relations and investment related activities
· To oversee preparation of The Company financial statements in accordance with set objectives, targets, policies, procedures and controls; provide sound financial advice to Group CEO and Executive Management on evaluation of potential investment and business opportunities to ensure good and healthy financial condition of the company
· To enhances and maximizes shareholder wealth, return on investment, business profitability and cash flow. Lead the development of financial operations to deliver time critical and accurate financial information. Maintains close cross-functional working relationships with The Company Executive Management team in order to understand, drive and deliver The Company business vision
· To ensure smooth functioning of the Finance function and ensure effective controls are in place to closely monitor performance and identify issues requiring scrutiny.

Qualification & Experience:
· A minimum of 10-12 years of relevant experience within the Finance and Accounts field
· Minimum of 5 years of experience in managerial position.
· Master degree in Finance and Accounts
· Professional qualification such as Charted Financial Analyst (CFA), Chartered Accountant (CA), CPA (Chartered Public Accountant), or similar.
