Channel Manager 
Experience : 5 to 7 yrs Preferably Gulf experience

Age max upto 40yrs

Position Overview:

The Channel Manager maintains, and expands relationships with assigned channel partners. Assigned to channel partners based on geography, channel, or market

-Manages a team of regional channel managers

-Responsible for channel development and expansion, the identification and development of target customers, the closing of key sales opportunities, and the management of the channel sales funnel

-Responsible for developing and delivering strategy to drive channel partner and target account revenue growth

-Attends and participates in channel partner sales meetings and customer visits, reviews, assesses and ensures channel sales team development

-Exceeds sales and profitability targets, channel partner retention and recruitment objectives


-Establishes productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned partner accounts.

-Coordinates the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, in order to meet partner performance objectives and partners’ expectations.

-Sells through partner organizations to end users in coordination with partner sales resources.

-Manages potential channel conflict with other firm sales channels by fostering excellent communication internally and externally, and through strict adherence to channel rules of engagement.

-Manage sales pipeline, forecast monthly sales and identify new business opportunities

-Communicate up-to-date information about new products and enhancements to partners
