Job description
My client is seeking to grow aggressively in the market by leveraging on a partnership with a leading global UPS (uninterrupted power supply) brand. The goal is to consistently achieve sales targets through channel sales and distribution in Saudi Arabia within the next 3 years. As part of this new, high-growth journey, we are seeking to multi-faceted, talented individuals and leaders to join our clients’ exciting organization.

General Purpose:
The Sales Channel Manager will create sales relationships with to help grow my client’s customer base in Saudi Arabia.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Drives sales through retail distribution channels for Power Systems Division
  • Identifies and approaches key or prospective clients, consultants, and contractors and sets short- and long-term channel strategies
  • Recommends product enhancements to improve customer satisfaction and sales potential
  • Establishes productive, professional relationship with key personnel in assigned accounts
  • Monitors results by increasing sales and achieving sales target
  • Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates operational records and reports to project sales and determines profitability
  • Manages potential channel conflict with other channels by fostering excellent communication internally and externally, and through strict adherence to channel rules of engagement
  • Coordinate with local and foreign vendors for the best terms & conditions.
  • Provide detailed timely status reporting as required by the management.
  • Manage client, vendor and technology relationships.
  • Search & identify new products & systems for the company’s growth & diversification.
  • Be responsible for building a good sales team and ensuring team performance.
  • Additional duties as and when assigned.


Education, Experience and Skills:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in a business or BE (Mechanical)
  • 5 to 8 years’ of channel sales experience in a sales environment
  • Bilingual (English & Arabic) candidates will be preferred
  • Proficiency in PC applications
  • Basic proficiency in CRM system highly desired
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • High level of enthusiasm, a strong work ethic and highly self-motivated
  • Ability to handle a fast-paced environment and challenging workload
  • Ability to travel up to 35% of the time
