The role will form part of the Commercial team and work closely with the Design, Planning, Contracts, Tendering and Construction teams as necessary.
Participate, prepare and review contracts and tenders to achieve commercially advantageous outcomes for a construction project and mitigating risks.
Provide input in construction project commercial/legal/strategic meetings.
Manage insurance needs and settlements of construction projects that may, include public liability, professional indemnity and contract works.
Manage the procurement process from inception to completion, ensuring the tender process is in accordance with company guidelines related to "Authority to Let", as well as sub-contractor agreements, and are within budget.
Make recommendations to senior project staff on commercial and contract issues that are specific project related.
Setup and maintain the risk and opportunity management process for the project.
Nurture and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, suppliers and consultants.
Resolve disputes related to payments outstanding to sub-contractors and creditors.
Minimum 2 years of experience in Construction industry.
Bachelors in Commercial / Quantity surveying / any stream.
Minimum 2 years of contracts & tendering experience in UAE

Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
