They are currently expanding and professionalizing their HR Department. They are hiring a Compensation and Benefits Specialist. Duties & Responsibilities: •Analyzing and understanding various compensation schemes; •Analyzing internal equity with external market with the help of surveys and other methodologies; •Designing compensation policies and preparing budget accordingly; Coordinating of compensation and benefits activities; Skills & Competencies: •Strong knowledge and understanding of compensation & benefits; policies and practices; •Outstanding English communication skills, both verbal and written; •Experience in working in a cross-cultural environment •Ability to work effectively in a team but is also able to work independently •Ability to handle multitasks •Ability to meet tight deadlines Education & Qualifications: •MBA, related to Human Resources •CIPD/relevant certification is mandatory •At least 8 years’ experience within well-established organization

Interacting with external customers and internal customers and addressing their queries, requests and complaints.

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
