Our client is a leading international specialist in construction, infrastructure and fit-out contracting. Our client brings together the collaboration and partnership of two successful groups to provide a comprehensive range of construction services to their clients in both Saudi Arabia & Bahrain. They are currently seeking a Construction Supervisor to based in Bahrain.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Assist in the drawing up weekly - six weekly look ahead programmes with the Construction Manager
When required attend progress meetings and report in conjunction with the Construction Manager on all aspects of the programme, progress, quality and resources employed on site
Co-ordinate the work of different sections and of different sub-contractors in accordance with the programme
Control the use of plant and vehicles on the project site, ensure safe working methods and prevent improper use
Ensure that working hours are observed and that tme worked is correctly recorded
Ensure where relevant, that all records which are required to be kept under the QMS and project quality plan are generated and filed
Co-operate fully with the safety officer and comply with his requirements
Ensure that the project general security policy is complied with
Qualifications & Experience:
Certificate/Dimploma in Construction Studies
8 years practicla construction site experience with a minimum of 5 years as a construction supervisor

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
