The Organization:Our client is hiring a Female Consultant Dermatology with experience in Cosmetology, preferably already located and licensed in Qatar. This Consultant will provide the highest quality of expert medical, surgical and cosmetic care to patients with conditions involving skin, hair, nails and mucous membranes. Duties & Responsibilities:•Diagnosis and management of skin conditions including infectious, immunologic, degenerative, neoplastic and sexually transmitted diseases to patients of all ages; •Practice Cosmetology Dermatology to manage cosmetic disorders of the skin, including hair loss, scars and the skin changes associated with aging; Skills & Competencies:•To be able to interpret and perform specialized tests and procedures; •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; •Excellent appearance; Education & Qualifications: •Bachelors in General Medicine + Master in specialty Dermatology; •Minimum 5 years’ experience post-graduation; •Strong experience in Cosmetology; •Location and licensed in Qatar is preferred

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
