The Organization: Our client is a private multi – specialty hospital in Doha, Qatar, part of a bigger investment group. They are currently expanding their scope of service with new departments and physicians and strive for continuous improvement of their patient experience. They are looking to hire a female Consultant OBG (preferably Arabic speaking).
Duties & Responsibilities: •Responsible for the diagnosis, treatment and prevention of diseases and disorders that affect women, such as breast cancer, cervical cancer and menopause. •Work with expecting mothers throughout their pregnancies, during childbirth and into postpartum •Providing counseling on diet, hygiene, sexual health
Skills & Competencies: •Empathy for their patients and a good bedside manner •Strong communication skills •Ability to thrive under stressful conditions •Ability to multitask
Education & Qualifications: •Bachelor’s Degree in General Medicine •Master’s Degree in OBG •Not less than 5 years working experience as Consultant post-graduation

Interacting with external customers and internal customers and addressing their queries, requests and complaints.

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
