Duties & Responsibilities: They are hiring a Consultant Physician with specialist expertise in managing children with cancer. In any part and from any system, including the blood (leukaemia), brain or body. This role will work together with other healthcare practitioners to care for children and young people and their families at all stages of treatment, from diagnosis to long term follow up or palliative care, and often maintain support for many years.

Education & Qualifications: •MBBS or equivalent qualification AND completion of speciality qualification in both Paediatric and Oncology or Hematology; •Proven experience and competence in all aspects of Paediatric Oncology; •Minimum of five (5) years’ experience post-graduation, of which three years should be at a Consultant level

Interacting with external customers and internal customers and addressing their queries, requests and complaints.

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
