Duties & Responsibilities: Because of expansion of their existing services, they are hiring an experienced Plastic Surgery Consultant who will be responsible for: •Surgeries involving the restoration, reconstruction, or alteration of the human body. It includes cosmetic or aesthetic surgery, reconstructive surgery, craniofacial surgery, hand surgery, microsurgery, and the treatment of burns. •Examine, evaluate and diagnose patient deformities caused by accident, disease or congenital abnormalities; restore normal function and appearance by performing surgical procedures to correct abnormalities and deformities. •In addition to performing surgical procedures, research the impact of aging and illness on tissue, cellular healing techniques and improved bandage treatments.
Skills & Competencies: •Excellent decision making skills, knowledge of the latest medical developments, genuine care and concern for the patients •Excellent communication skills •Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team of healthcare professionals Education & Qualifications: •Bachelors in General Medicine •Doctorate or equivalent in Specialty of Plastic Surgery •Minimum 7 years’ post-graduation experience (minimum of 12 years in total)

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
