We are looking for a Contracts Manager to work for a EPC Contractor on an Oil & Gas project in Kazakhstan
This is a rotational role of 15 Day off after 75 days worked
Contracts Manager reports to the Project Director
Represents the company in a professional and diligent manner, developing a strong working relationship with the client
Be responsible for the overall management of the contracts department
Assist in formation of Sub contracts including pre-contract activities, drafting agreements (with flow down conditions from client contract) bidder commercial qualification, administration and evaluation of tenders, negotiations of terms & conditions and award
Ensure that signed contracts are communicated to all relevant parties to provide contract visibility and awareness, interpretation to support implementation
Review / Develop contract strategies
Participate in Kick off meetings with subcontractors and suppliers
Oversee re-measurement and agreement of quantities
Participate in periodic audits of subcontractors and suppliers
Oversee the preparation of periodic audits of subcontractors and suppliers
Manage Post award admin including reviewing and drafting correspondence , payment applications, payment certificates & invoices
Development, implement and oversee the management of KPIs for contracts personnel
Oversee the close out of contracts & deal with claims
Manage Commercial admin procedures including change management procedures
Attend meetings, interface and liaise with the client, sub-contractors and other project departments
Monitor and ensure company compliance with contracts and agreements
Provide contractual advice and training to company employees in contracting practices and procedures
Contribute to Risk management process and procedures
Degree Qualified in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Commercial management, Law or other relevant field

Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
