Job Description
Purpose of the Position:

Drive financial / operational tracking and reporting of smart Cost Management Saving, Process Standardization and Quality Enhancement & Consistent Management Reporting. Tracking of implementation status of initiatives.

-To spearhead cost reduction initiatives and projects through standardization of systems & processes

-Perform detailed cost analysis and provide explanations/ cost drivers behind periodic variance

-Identify the overlapping of optimize output improving productivity per person/Department, Business wise

-Group level Costing (Project and Product) / Standard Costing and Variance Analysis

-Division wise cost analysis and advise the top leadership on key cost savings initiatives

-Implementation of control and monitoring processes and corresponding in alignment with Management

-Validation of process, systematic analysis of organization processes

-Develop recommendations for changes to processes and systems that will minimize risk, improve performance and productivity

Job Specification:

-Ideal candidate should have 6-10 years of experience within cost controlling and cost accounting with large business group. Should be qualified Cost Accountant/Chartered Accountant

-Self-motivated and continuously looks for opportunities to improve financial reporting and processes by exploring new approaches and ideas


-Good analytical and structured working method

-Team player - works together with others to achieve results and fosters teamwork
