One of the regions largest MENA Telecom Operator’s is looking for a highly skilled Marketing Director to cover the Marketing function in an exciting period of growth.
Our client has been a market leader in the MENA Telecom Sector for over 30 years. We are currently recruiting for their Marketing Director for the Marketing unit that has high growth plans over the next 2-3 years
The job holder is responsible to lead marketing function, contribute to the development of department vision and strategy, plan, prioritize and manage marketing different activities ranging from marketing planning and research, to geo-marketing, pricing support, product development and management, roaming and interconnection, branding and communication, and customer management for the ultimate goal of delighting customers and gaining their loyalty.
To be considered for this role you will have at least 12 years’ experience within Marketing and at least the last 5 years within a Marketing Directors function of a Tier 1 operator. Please note that Arabic speaking is essential in this position.
Participate and contribute to the development and refinement of the Vision and Strategy and contribute to the overall process of management and corporate decision making
Set the Marketing Directorate performance objectives, in coordination with the Strategy Management and Corporate Performance Departments, and continuously monitor progress and development towards organisational and Directorate strategic objectives
Design and maintain the Marketing framework and install best-practices, methodologies, techniques and principles in the Marketing Directorate
Provide support, advice and direction on marketing-related issues that that have a strategic impact on the business
Lead the Marketing Directorate, provide leadership, encourage teamwork and facilitate related professional work processes in order to achieve high performance standards and staff pride in performance and contribution

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
