Functional Responsibilities 1- Annual Business Plan and Budgeting for all department under the scope 2-Provide management and technical input to the team 3- Lead the team to execution of plan as per strategy and budget Keeping Top management apprised of product issues, dispositions and quality improvement plans. 4- Ensure good and positive synchronization of the Quality section with all other departments of the company 5-Identifying quality improvement opportunities and develop and implement solutions. 6- Collaborate regularly with Sales and Marketing to receive regular customer feedback on the products
Administrative Responsibilities:
1- Effectively liaison with suppliers and business partners 2-Supporting an environment of staff development and learning. 3-Provide feedback to direct reports in a timely manner. 4-Managing performance issues and soliciting the appropriate input from HR and management. 5- Provide oversight of regulatory agencies during site inspections. 6- Review and revise standard operating procedures where appropriate. 7-Develop a cohesive team, maintaining and reinforcing a strong quality and hygiene presence in the factory 8- Accountable for compliance in all legal aspects as required and adheres to Company Policies and procedures

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Policy Servicing:-
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
