Duties & Responsibilities: •To executive and supervise the installation, testing and commissioning of systems on site. Skills & Competencies: •Excellent knowledge of firefighting systems •Professional English communication skills •The ability to solve any technical issues, implement and maintain preventative and corrective actions Education & Qualifications: •Bachelor''s degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering •Any relevant extra qualification or certification like NICET will be an added advantage •A minimum of five (5) years of progressively responsible experience •Knowledge of Safety Standards and International Standards and other recognized construction systems

Interacting with external customers and internal customers and addressing their queries, requests and complaints.

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
