Duties & Responsibilities: For a private multi-specialty hospital in Qatar we are looking out for an experienced female Dietician. She will be working in the dietician center, managed by the hospital •providing health advice and promoting healthy eating •advising about special diets •writing reports •educating health professionals and the public about nutrition •establishing and addressing key health needs •working as part of a multi-disciplinary team •supporting the work of other healthcare professionals •provide specific artificial nutritional needs to patients unable to consume food normally •supervise the preparation and service of food, develop modified diets, participate in research, and educate individuals and groups on good nutritional habits
Skills & Competencies: •ability to explain complicated issues to those without a science background •motivational skills •organizational skills •Good knowledge of English and Arabic language •Personal skills; pro-active, professional, time management and interpersonal communication
Education & Qualifications: •Inside Qatar with active Dietician license only •Bachelor''s degree or diploma Dietician or Nutrition of not less than 3 years duration •Minimum 2 years post graduate experience as Dietician •Experience in a healthcare setting

Job Description :

Interacting with external customers and internal customers and addressing their queries, requests and complaints.

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
