Medcare Hospitals & Medical Centers is looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to join our Marketing team. The incumbent will be responsible for managing all the company's social media channel accounts. He/she will create the social media channels ROI and brand advertisement campaigns. He/she will develop engaging, creative, innovative content for regularly scheduled posts, which will enlighten audiences and promotes brand-focused messages. He/she does audits and analyses social media presence, including digital advertising costs and returns. Analyses of social media campaigns with tracking systems to gather visitor data and determine the efficacy and areas for social media campaign improvement. He/she will work with other departments to develop social media timelines coinciding with new product releases, ad campaigns, or other brand messages.

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
