Monitors & oversees conferences & events while attending the same. Makes statistic reports and shares with relevant parties.
Coordinates with finance for P & L management. Establishes, maintain & fosters long-term relationships with clients, producers & speakers.
Understands business targets from the supervisor and plans accordingly for achievement of the same
Identifies event management business opportunities through market research. Registers as service providers with potential clients.
Develops a wining proposal aligned with client’s requirement. Submits finalized proposals before deadlines.
Negotiates & finalizes contractual terms & conditions of contract as per guidelines of Supervisor. Follows up for award of contracts.
Understands all events requirements from internal departments and external clients.
Research market and identifies potential event producers, negotiates terms and finalize speakers after supervisor’s approval
Coordinates with marketing to develop event promotional materials and to spread awareness about the same.
Researches & identifies suitable geographic locations for events and finalizes financial terms
Ensures timely logistics arrangement (hotel & travel) for speakers.
Ensures compliance with all planned activities during the event.
Develops budget and monitors compliance with approved budgets. Reviews & ensures accuracy of financial information such as invoices for services, materials, hotel invoice, and subcontractor invoices, etc.
Coordinates with finance for preparation of the final financial report. Follows up with finance for issuance of invoices to clients. Makes sure payments are received on time.
Builds and maintains long-term relationship with clients.
Resolve queries and provide timely support to organization’s current & prospective clients and foster long-term relationships.
Education Requirements BBA (Hons.) Marketing
Working Experience 5 years of events & conference management experience in a reputed organization.
Working knowledge of festival & events management
Detailed knowledge of cultural values of GCC
Good knowledge of business development techniques
Knowledge of latest events management industry trends
Knowledge of latest festival & event management industry trends
