Duties & Responsibilities: •Responsible for organizing all of the administrative activities; •Facilitate the smooth running of the office; •Manage incoming & outgoing communication; •Organize internal & external meetings; •Plan events and make travel preparations for the CSO’s office
Skills & Competencies: •Excellent oral and written English communication skills; •Secretarial skills; •Strong administration and office management skills; •Highly organized; •Presentable and friendly personality
Education & Qualifications: •Minimum MBA in Finance •3 to 5 years of related experience as an EA to C level management •Experience inside UAE is highly preferred

Interacting with external customers and internal customers and addressing their queries, requests and complaints.

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
