Company: Our client is an entertainment company in Bahrain, Currently they are looking to hire a Copywriter Executive (PR).
Job Outputs and Responsibilities:
Planning, developing and implementing PR strategies
Liaising with and answering enquiries from media, individuals and other organizations, often via telephone and email
Researching, writing, distributing and following up on press releases to targeted media
Collating and analyzing media coverage
Preparing and supervising the production of publicity brochures, handouts, direct mail leaflets, photographs, and multimedia programmers
Sourcing and managing speaking and sponsorship opportunities
Promoting news stories and features to the media, known as 'selling in'
Event management, including press conferences, exhibitions, open days press and official tours and promotional event
Update and monitor the department’s media database
Assisting in planning, developing and implementing PR strategies
Maintain a daily budget control sheet
Prepare annual reports and write proposals for various projects
Assist with the write up of the press releases
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree in related discipline
2-3 years of experience in related field
Excellent written and verbal communication (English) and interpersonal skills
Proven track record designing and executing successful public relations campaigns at both a local and international level
Strong background in news writing, media relations, social media tools and blogger relations, reporting or related communications skills including exceptional writing skills for news releases, media relations materials and corporate communications
Exceptional writing and editing press releases
Event planning experience
Work requires willingness to work a flexible schedule

Job Description :

Interacting with external customers and internal customers and addressing their queries, requests and complaints.

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
