Reports any showstoppers or technical difficulties. • Provide field Quality control and assurance by controlling the work performed by the Vendor or subcontractors. • Perform supervision and acceptance for BSS & RAN equipment used in the project and participating in the trials and testing. • Support the optimization and frequency planning teams from Vendors and other partners. • Supervise IBS and small cells field Installation, commissioning and acceptance. BSS Support engineer is responsible for ensuring network uptime through preventive maintenance of BSC sites and effective fault management in case of fault occurrence. He also assists field engineers in performing their assigned activities. Knowledge and Understanding are statements which together specify the technical, generic, professional and organizational specific knowledge that an individual needs in order to perform to the required standard. Field integration skill is a must
