Job Description
Our client is a leading Pharma Manufacturing Company in Qatar.

Position: Finance Controller -Bilingual Only (Arabic and English) .

Location: Doha, Qatar

Summary/Objective:

The Financial Controller will undertake all aspects of financial management of the Group, and will carry out the

restructure of the finance function, including the redesign and implementation of policies, procedures and internal

controls, centralization of functions and implementation of new technology to support Finance operations.

Responsibilities

Responsible for the publication on time of the financial reporting, KPIs and management reports.

Aggregate and perform satisfactory business performance analysis between actual and forecast figures for the

region and provide management with ad hoc analysis and assessment regarding the performance.

Maintain updated and consistent standard costs database.

Plan, direct, supervise, and coordinate work activities of finance resources.

Re-design policies & procedures relating to (indicatively):

Month-end accounting closing

Monthly reconciliation (banks, receivables, authorize-to- invoice, invoice-to- collect, etc.)

Expense management & reporting

Annual budgeting process

Data exchange & reconciliation with other functions/departments

Cash management & reporting, projection of cash flow needs

Coordinate and project manager the implementation of the above processes, ensuring:

Education/ Qualifications and Experience:

Degree in Finance/Accounting/Auditing/ Masters/ CPA are a plus.

Preferred minimum 10 - 15 years relevant working experience.

Competencies:

Strong communicator with negotiation skills and interpersonal skills.

Analytical competences.

Ability to multi-task, manage priorities, and meet commitments.

Pro-active, persuasive and flexible attitude.
