Job Description

Black & Grey HR is working with a regional real estate company with their head office in Dubai, UAE. Our client is looking to hire a Finance Manager to oversee the whole finance functions, both management and financial accounts. This is a new role which has been created to develop a new Finance team.
The main purpose of this role is to ensure the provision of a holistic financial suite of services to aid business growth & decision making and to ensure that all financial processes are in accordance with good governance.

Job Description
  • Reporting to the Chairman
  • The Finance Manager is responsible for all the accounting functions both financial accounting and management reporting.
  • Analysis of existing internal controls and recommendation / implementation of improvements
  • Proactively drive improved MIS reporting with the assistance of the Management Accountants
  • Leads the preparation of accurate monthly, quarterly and yearly statutory reports
  • Ensure that all invoices are processed in a timely and accurate manner by the team
  • Oversees more junior staff, mentoring, developing, and training. Working out a development plan for each of them.


Requirements
  • Applications are sought from those with a minimum of 10 years of experience of which 5+ years of experience will be in a Finance Manager role in real estate sector.
  • Ideally you will have experience in managing finance functions in a stand-alone organization in the Real Estate Company.
  • Ideally started career in a large accounting firm such as the Big 4.
  • Qualified accountant (CIMA, ACCA, CPA)
  • It is also essential you have excellent knowledge of tax accounting and tax compliance combined with broad experience in all aspects of governance, financial control, planning & management.
  • Should have Oracle ERP / SAP experience
  • Able to deal simultaneously with multiple tasks.


Salary Range:
AED 20k – 30K plus family status (+ schooling)
