10 years work Exp. with CONSTRUCTION Companies in GCC.
Strong personality and excellent managerial skills
Proficient in Accounting packages
Excellent computer skills with perfect self correspondence
Perfect English spoken and written, Arabic is an advantage
Age must be bet. 35 - 50 yrs & Sponsorship change is a must
Core Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsibilities and objectives include monitoring the company's profitability, liquidity, and solvency while ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting and making sure that the company has established and maintains an effective set of internal accounting controls. Duties also include:
collating, preparing and interpreting reports, budgets, accounts, commentaries and financial statements
undertaking strategic analysis and assisting with strategic planning
producing long-term business plans
undertaking research into pricing, competitors and factors affecting performance
controlling income, cash flow and expenditure
developing and managing financial systems/models
carrying out business modelling and risk assessments

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
