Job Description
1. Responsible for handling all hotel operations including Budgeting and forecasting of sales, revenue & revenue management

2. Coordinating all departments (Sales, Front Office, Reservations, Housekeeping, finance, engineering and all F&B related departments.)

3. Improving the operating standards & updating the policies & procedures.

4. Improving the financial performance of the Hotels

5. retaining the present clients and acquiring new ones.

6. handling of social media .

7. implementation of all Hotels integration.

8. implementation of updated control procedures, including purchasing.

9. Protecting the assets of the group In addition to improving the quality & performance.

10. protecting the short & long term interest of the group.
