We are hiring for a Role of Relationship Manager having more than 5 years experience in Banking Sector with Client/Networking relationship.

Job Description:
  • Proficient English skills.

    Ability to maintain and grow a corporate portfolio.

    Ability to generate and negotiate new corporate client deals for the bank.

    Networking capabilities.

    Financial analysis, writing skills, and a timely turnaround period for proposals.

Role Summary:
Being a part of Senior Management, Operation Manager will be
responsible for overall affairs of the Company. The candidate will
act as a 'Brand Ambassador' of the Company and will strive to
uplift its image in the market and boost revenue-generating initiatives. He will be overall in-charge of operations, HR, sales &
marketing and will actively support in accounting function as well.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Ensure timely delivery of goods and services, thereby ensuring
    highest customer satisfaction levels at all times. 
  • Ensure smooth functioning of all project sites and ensure
    timely availability of men and materials at sites. 
  • Look after staffing needs in line with the existing operations
    / project status. Assist the Director / HR Department in
    recruitment needs to ensure correct staffing at all times.
  • Work in close coordination with the Director and represent
    the Company in his absence and update him about all such 
  • proceedings. 
  • Guide the Team in contract drafting or review them prior
    to signing to safeguard Company's legal and financial interest.(Assistance from professionals may be sought, when required.) 
  • Advise the Director on important developments / issues in
    and outside the Company and implement his recommendations
    on various matters. 
  • Assume ownership and accountability for financial
    performance of the Company. 
  • Responsible for timely review / assistance / preparation
    and submission of all reports to the management. E.g.
    Management Information System (MIS), budgets, project status
    reports, profitability reports, inventory / debtors and creditors'
    aging reports, tender documents, etc. 
  • Weekly report to be submitted regularly.
    Any other tasks assigned by the Management from time
