Determines annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies; analyzing trends
Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and
territories; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.
Implements national sales programs by developing field sales action plans.
Establishes and adjusts selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand.
Completes national sales operational requirements by scheduling and assigning sales managers;
following up on work results.
Maintains national sales staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees.
Maintains national sales staff job results by counseling and disciplining employees; planning,
monitoring, and appraising job results.
Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing
professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Masters degree in Business Administration
Bachelor's degree in Finance or Business Administration
Must have a minimum of 5 - 6 years of experience in UAE
Minimum 3 - 4 years of experience on the same position.

Interacting with external customers and internal customers and addressing their queries, requests and complaints.

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
