Choosing in accordance with the other departments which metrics/targets or KPIs to focus on

Bringing traditional and creative ideas how to grow and reach targets

Conduct comparison testing to those ideas.

Analyzing the data and users feedback.

Exchanging ideas/data/feedback with other departments (Operations, marketing, top management) in order to present results and make the product more user-centric.

Driving traffic to our service

Working on a lean startup process.

Working with Sales Metrics Diagram (Acquisition Activation Retention Referral - Revenue)

Requirements:

Have a deep understanding of large social web and mobile platforms, and social/viral mechanics
