The Organization: Our client is hiring a Hepatology Consultant for their private multi-specialty hospital in Doha, Qatar. They are expanding their scope of service with new departments and physicians, and strive for continuous improvement of their patient experience.
Duties & Responsibilities: The Consultant our client is looking for, has substantial experience in the diagnosis and treatment of the full range of liver diseases. •Dedicated to patients who are facing liver transplant; selection of recipients and their examination, monitoring and treatment of patients on the waiting list, treatment of some post-transplant complications; •Dedicated to patients with hepatitis: anti-virus treatments, monitoring and supportive therapies, such as pain management; •Advise patients to make lifestyle changes •Be able to present diagnosis, treatment and results to patients and families in a professional way; •Coordinate with different medical health professionals that are involve in patient’s care;
Skills & Competencies: •Ability to provide high quality, comprehensive care for patients with diverse range of liver conditions as well as rare diseases; •To be able to perform and interpret specialized tests and procedures; •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Education & Qualifications: •Bachelor’s Degree in General Medicine •Master’s in the specialty Internal Medicine and additional training in Hepatology •Minimum 5 years’ experience post-graduation

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
