1.Serve as an escalation point for personnel and employee relations issues and provide guidance and intervention, as needed, to resolve personal and professional issues.
2.Enrolling new employees into the system, prepare file for the new employee, update the new joiner details on the tracker, ensuring appropriate documentation
3.Maintain the internal communication infrastructure;
4.Dealing with all employees requests for the documents for onboarding, resignations, terminations, end of contract and probation,
5.Control Visa processing activities, communicate with PRO's and employees, update Direct line manager.
6.Support and advise employees on HR policy, ensure compliance with the company's policies through HR session.
7.Answer all questions of new joiners, ensure bank account and documentation for insurance.
8.Centrally manage end to end recruitment process
9.Create job advert for the company website, job boards, social media and specialist publications. Monitor recruitment spend within areas of responsibility
Education, Academic Qualification and Professional Experience:
- Degree in Business Administration or HR
- Retail Experience is a must
- 2-3 years of experience in Human Resource Administration
- Additional knowledge of labour laws of UAE, Kuwait, Bahrain and Qatar will be an advantage.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
