Company:
Our client is a leading industrial supplies company in the Middle East. They are currently looking to recruit HR Manager for their office in Khobar

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Manage the Talent Acquisition function and develop the company resources database of candidates
  • Managing implementation and on-going execution of performance & reward system
  • Developing strategic HR professionals that can provide quality HR service across the company, which includes:
  • Acquiring Talent, Developing their potential, and rewarding their performance, per company guidelines.
  • Mange the implementation of (ORACLE cloud) ERP system.
  • Implementation of HR Business plans within the allocated budget.
  • Align HR policies
  • Implement 'foundation systems' and databases (e.g. people and job databases).
  • Recruitment and quality of 'people' (succession, manpower, development).
  • Satisfaction of Department Heads with HR services.
  • Cost-effective execution of HR services.
  • Implement and coordinate performance evaluation system and link compensation to evaluation.
  • Implement a learning & Development section.
  • Mange the implementation of ERP Oracle fusion cloud applications.
  • Customer: Customer Satisfaction Index
  • Process: Lifecycle Transaction Time
  • Manage candidate search, interviewing and time to fill positions.
  • Lead performance evaluation & compensation processes
  • Manage training and development opportunities
  • Plan and implement individual career tracks and succession plans for top management


Qualification & Experience
  • Degree in Business or related field, with concentration in HR management
  • Experience working with a construction company a must
  • At least 5 years' experience in Human Resources
  • Excellent command in both written and spoken English and Arabic
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Leadership orientation
  • Project management skills
  • Preference will be given to Saudi Nationals
