Job Description
Job Description
  • Drive HR strategies as per business requirement; 
  • Lead implement core HR programs into the business insuring an effective, sustainable people strategy over the long term; 
  • Partner with Management team to facilitate organization and culture change in line with Organization Values. 


Recruitment:
  • Strategic HR Planning, Talent Acquisition & Talent Management; 
  • Manpower budgets, Talent Acquisition, Recruitments (Local & Expats), Induction and ensuring the right cultural fit; 
  • Develop/ implement new recruitment/selection policies as per staffing requirements & review the same periodically. 


Performance Management System:
  • Create competency based Job Descriptions, Conceptualize & Implement KRAs & KPIs driven web based PMS system; 
  • Conduct Performance Management coaching sessions for senior management. 


Learning & Development:
  • Implement in-house training in the organization aimed at continuous training & learning of employees and design & implement annual training calendar; 
  • Conduct scientific assessment of training needs of employees; 
  • Design & implementation of pre-training & post-training assessment/ evaluation tools aimed at overall improvement of training; 
  • Conduct Training Need Analysis, Organize Learning & Development Programs; 
  • Plan& Organize Leadership Development programs; 
  • Implement Career Development programs for Potential Talents. 


Organization Development:
  • Organize Management Development Programs (MDP’s) for Business heads & their first line; 
  • Implement Competency Mapping for senior management; 
  • Conceptualized & implemented talent management & succession planning policy; 
  • Plan & Implement innovative Employee Engagement Programs. 


Job Specification:
  • Graduation in any discipline; 
  • Post-graduate diploma/ MBA in HR/ IR/ Organization Behavior from reputed B School; 
  • Certification in HR process areas such as compensation, competency, job evaluation is preferred; 
  • 12 + years of experience in Strategic HR Planning, HR Policies & Processes with a reputed Logistic and supply chain company.
