Job Responsibilities:
Add all new colleagues’ information in HRMS upon their arrival - Making sure that all information is added in the system accurately.
Prepare letters for the colleague’s probation clearance.
Is responsible for updating HR notice boards and for marketing internal events and promotions by preparing innovative poster campaign.
Responsible for providing all the forms to colleagues on their request.
Update the bank details in HRMS and keeping the record up to date and provide the report to AHRMS on weekly bases.
Responsible for updating the Medical and Life insurance record. Provide the details to AHRMS on weekly bases for the new health cards and life insurance.
Responsible for HR department stationary inventory and placing the purchase requests.
Responsible for providing the monthly birthday reports.
Ensure End of service transactions is posted and be accurate. Liaise with finance for payment of end of service as per exit schedule.
Assist in organizing an events round the year for all hotel colleagues to keep high level of motivation and energy.
Responsible for updating the biometric fingerprint and informing IT about the new enrollment on weekly bases.
Assuring the employee recognitions should be placed in the heart of house.
Establishes and maintains effective colleague relations, and provides guidance and assistance on matters relating to staff welfare of work.
Responsible for the placing the leave forms, Resignations, recognitions, warning letters in the employee files / designated files.
Complete any projects as assigned by the Personnel Manager / HR Manager
As a member of the HR team on call 24 hours a day for emergencies.
Responsible for Vacations Leave form to be reviewed with the current entitlement of colleague prior proceeding for the approval. Time frame, receiving & Issuance.
