The position is for our group company that handles Express Transportation, Contract Logistics, General Transport and distribution of Cement. Built on the experience of being a premium transport company that has been serving the Kingdom’s logistics needs for 33 years, the company offers premium services in all four of its core business activities.
The basic qualification for the positions are:
• Minimum 30 hours of training on OHSA (Occupational Health & Safety Administration).
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar position, in medium to heavy industries, preferably in Saudi Arabia
• A resident of Saudi Arabia with a transferrable residence permit

Job Description :

Interacting with external customers and internal customers and addressing their queries, requests and complaints.
Committed TATs are met consistently
Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
