We are looking for an experienced and driven candidate for the position of HR Executive. The role will be positioned at the school in Dubai. As the Executive will be working closely with senior (HR) management, our client is looking to hire a professional HR Executive with experience in UAE. There will be tasks and responsibilities in the following functional areas: •Daily coordination of HR operations; •Personnel administration; •HR Database and reporting; •Salary and benefits administration; •Recruitment/employment; •Payroll Skills & Competencies: •Knowledgeable as HR Generalist •Strong administration skills •Strong communication skills, both written and verbal •The flexibility and willingness to learn •The ability to work accurately, with attention to detail •Leadership and responsibility Education & Qualifications: •Bachelor/Master Degree in Human Resource Management •Minimum 6 months of experience in similar profile in a School •Presently working in UAE with knowledge of UAE market and Labor Law

Interacting with external customers and internal customers and addressing their queries, requests and complaints.

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
