1. Holder of Master’s Degree in Finance Management or Master’s in Business management related to the investment / portfolio management / handling shares + minimum 7 years’ experience after getting the qualification
2. Holder of Bachelor Degree in Finance, economy or business management with minimum 10 years’ experience in managing investment portfolio in same field
3. Provide an outline on the seize and nature of the portfolio performance that he managed earlier .
4. Having efficiency in dealing with the financial model related to some specialized computer programs and method of report analysis

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
