Job description

• Undertake bi-annual Business Impact Assessments (BIA) & track / compare to previous BIA & then implement approved enhancements
• Co-ordinate / undertake annual / bi-annual BCP & DR drills to ensure system robustness
• Undertake business wide Risk Gap Analysis
• Document, own & maintain all BCP, DR & BIA plans on the central document repository
• Own the relationship with external BCP / Audit & Risk Consultants
• Work with Dept. Heads & Snr Management on process scoping / process re-engineering & refinement around existing process & the roll-out of new services & functionality
• Work with internal stakeholders such as IT Security in a local & regional capacity
• Undertake a Vendor Assurance Programme across the Wirecard business
• Liaise & work jointly with Payment Card Security Standards Council & their Qualified Security Assessors (QSA) on the annual audit & Report on Compliance (ROC) performed on Wirecard to retain its accreditation with this Body.
• Identify regulatory risks / breaches with country / market regulators such as Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS) to ensure our cross-border practices remain in-line with widening & ever-changing regulatory requirements
• Maintain contact with regulators ensure inclusion on circulars & general communications around regulatory compliance & upcoming changes to specific markets i.e. fixed exchange rate devaluations with Central Banks
• Attend Risk & Compliance forums in the region
• Develop & co-ordinate the build-out of a KPI / MI pack (with our MIS Head), for ACCRM
• Engage in Process Improvement initiatives and provide recommendations based on information gathered from data churning
• Own the document version control process on the central knowledge repository
• Prepare and present reports that reflect audit results and document process
• Act as an objective source of independent advice to ensure validity, legality and goal achievement
• Identify loopholes and recommend risk aversion measures and cost savings
• Overlay the entire remit to a satellite location in Chennai – staged.


Reporting Responsibilities

• Direct report to Business Improvement (BI) Team Lead & / or a dotted line into the BI Head
• Functional Reporting to Department Heads & General Manager

Preferred Qualifications
• This would be an ideal role for a recent graduate in Business / Accounting / Commerce / Finance / IT / Audit with 1-2 years market experience who is keen to make their mark & establish a career path with a global (publicly listed) company undergoing significant growth

Specific Experience/ Skills
• ISAE 3402 (Type I & II) knowledge
• PCI – DSS & experience in the card payment industry preferred
• ISO 9000 literate / ISO270001/ ISO22301.
• SAS 70 knowledge an advantage
• An understanding of six sigma methodology
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills - being able to convert qualitative process descriptions into detailed process flows & written procedures
• Intermediate expertise in MS – Excel and PowerPoint & Visio.
A basic understanding of databases, query generation & audit report log generation for platforms (Splunk)

• Ability to work autonomously & also contribute to a newly created small but growing dynamic team
• A pre-disposition for detail & continual follow-up
• Ability to think laterally & tap into & interpret & adapt the latest ‘schools of thought’ around the ACCRM knowledge bank Ability to work autonomously in a multi-tasking environments when required
• Contributor to processes re-engineering workshops for enhancing management information.
• Must be confident in dealing with senior Stakeholders
