The Organization: Our client is a multispecialty private hospital with branches throughout the UAE. They are looking to hire an experienced Lactation Consultant for their hospital in Abu Dhabi.
Duties & Responsibilities: •Provide lactation support and services to breastfeeding mothers and infants, both inpatient and outpatient; •Develop educational material for expecting mothers, breastfeeding mothers, and staff; •Collaborate with team members from multiple disciplines to design complex feeding plans for medically compromised infants; •Coach and teach staff members the skills to support and assist breastfeeding mothers and infants; •Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings; •Develop hospital standards of practices, protocols, and policies regarding breastfeeding; •Maintain and order breastfeeding equipment and supplies; •Participate in interdisciplinary performance improvement projects.

Education & Qualifications: •Bachelor Degree •Minimum of 3 years of experience •International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) certification •(Eligible for) HAAD/DHA/MOH license

Interacting with external customers and internal customers and addressing their queries, requests and complaints.

Complaints Management- addressing customer complaints at the branch, system updation, coordination with Sales/HUB/ other functions for resolution.
Refunds processing and dispatch
Undelivered policy documents tracking and management.
Maintenance of all files and registers.
New Business Processing:-
Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
