Skills / Qualifications o experience in erp / mrp ,

o excellent communication skills – written and verbal fluent in english and arabic,

o proven track record in costs and/or operational management of transportation combined with an excellent track record in purchasing,

o knowledge of importing and forwarding,

o effective time management skills with the ability to prioritize,

o high interpersonal skills ,

o analytical self initiative result oriented,

o flexible committed and passionate for the job ,

o proficiency in ms office applications ,

o no restriction to travel ,

o holding a driving license

Skills / Qualifications Logistics & Procurement Executive will be directly reporting to Plant Manager.

o Responsible for planning, procurement, warehousing, control and availability of material, components and all purchased goods

o Planning and making budget for procuring materials

o Organizing and supervising the shipping and receiving of all materials

o Developing procurement plans, assessing transportation and materials

o Formulating of contracts and release of orders to suppliers

o Managing records of all stock and inventory and follow warehouse

o Maintaining the standard and quality of goods and materials

JOB REQUIREMENTS

o University degree, masters degree in Business Administration or Marketing is a plus

o At least 4 years’ experience in logistics and purchasing functions in corporate companies

o Experience in ERP / MRP

o Excellent communication skills – written and verbal (fluent in English and Arabic)

o Proven track record in costs and/or operational management of transportation, combined with an excellent track record in Purchasing

o Knowledge of importing and forwarding

o Effective time management skills with the ability to prioritize

o High interpersonal skills

o Analytical, self initiative, result oriented

o Flexible, committed and passionate for the job

o Proficiency in MS office applications

o No restriction to travel

o Holding a driving license
