Maintenance Development & Qualification Specialist
To demonstrate, coordinate and control all maintenance training and development program including componence assessment to facilitate, monitor, follow up and report the progress for all maintenance individual development plan. In addition, create and review the competency mapping through assessment tool with coordination with field maintenance team for each competency level requirement and communicate accordingly with CI team for mapping gap closure proposals.
-Develop and facilitate Site maintenance competency mapping through assessment tools.
-Site focal point for maintenance division competency training programs.
-Developer for maintenance division annual IDP (individual development plan) and facilitate the approval from relevant authorities accordingly to short term and long term budget and plan.
-Drive and monitor the maintenance training schedule with maintenance trainers for development and improvement over all the year.
-Measure and report maintenance IDPs progress on monthly basis as per SABIC LMS (learning management system), CAT (Pertoskills) system and tracking systems.
-Engage and coordinate with maintenance procedure development and site maintenance audit teams for report & analyze the audits gaps then make resolution plan on training material improvement and gap closure for better compliance and competency enhancement opportunities.
-Coordinate with site field maintenance team for potential vendor trainings scope and evaluation process for high value training purpose.
Education & certification:
-Good knowledge of English Language.
Minimum 10 years field maintenance experience and team competency development.

Handling end to end New business processing starting from creation of Client id,Case start up, New business login, Follow up for policy issuance, Quality Check
Follow up with HUB for policy issuance of pending cases
